So...Peanut butter and jelly. It’s been on my mind CONSTANTLY this week. Probably because it’s delicious and amazing.
I certainly have my preferences. The bread must be soft. None of this textured artisan business, and there sure as hell will not be anything crusty. Jelly must be either Concord grape or strawberry. No seeds. Finally…and I know I may start a riot over this one…only smooth peanut butter is acceptable.
Oh! Bonus points if the aforementioned sandwich has been allowed to sit at room temperature in a ziploc for a few hours.
But let’s be honest. I love me some PB&J in any way shape or form. Equal opportunity lover, that’s me.
